1. Product Inspection:
Please check your package thoroughly at the time of delivery. If the seal is broken or the package appears tampered with, we recommend you do not accept it and contact us immediately.
2. Return Eligibility:
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- You received the wrong product or quantity.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
3. Return Request Timeline:
You must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please share clear photo/video evidence of the issue to [email protected].
4. Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used spice packets.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Items requested for return beyond the 48-hour window.
5. Refund Process:
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will initiate a bank transfer or digital wallet refund after verification.
6. Shipping Charges:
In case of valid returns (wrong/damaged items), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
